Emergency BOD Meeting

Pursuant to the WALPOA Bylaws, section 3.10 Directors Meeting quorum (E) an emergency meeting is being called by the Chairman of the Board, Jennifer Cittadino. The meeting will take place on June 25, 2025 at 6:00PM in the WALPOA Administration Building for the purpose of changing the number of check signers for Dime Bank only from four (4) to three (3). Members in good standing only, 25/26 badges required. Thank you.
